A. What is The Sanctuary by nüe®?
The Sanctuary by nüe® is a private membership experience exclusively for women, created around each woman’s individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
Every journey begins with a private invitation to join the nüe® Members Area. Once membership is activated, each new member begins with Alignment & Early Mapping, a reflective process designed to help us understand where she is, what she may need, and which path within nüe® may be most appropriate for her.
Alignment & Early Mapping is a required first stage for any woman wishing to progress further within nüe®. Access to this stage is time-limited and must be completed within the stated period. If it is not completed within that window, a new application and membership access may be required.
Following completion, and where progression is considered appropriate, a member may continue into The Sanctuary by nüe®.
Within The Sanctuary, the experience becomes more immersive, personalized, and individually curated. Rather than selecting isolated services, each woman is supported through a thoughtful combination of disciplines, experiences, and expert involvement shaped around her particular needs.
No two Sanctuary journeys are intended to be identical. What is included, which experts are involved, and the depth of support provided are determined by the individual woman rather than by a fixed program.
The result is a deeply personalized membership experience that brings together the elements most relevant to her within one connected nüe® journey.

B. Who is The Sanctuary by nüe® designed to support?
The Sanctuary by nüe® is a space for women who have been holding everything together and quietly wondering where they went in the process.
It is for women who spend most of their lives doing, striving, providing, caring, supporting, and holding things together that, somewhere along the way, they may have begun to lose sight of themselves.
It is a place to return to yourself.
For mothers, daughters, sisters, grandmothers, and women at every stage of life, The Sanctuary by nüe® creates dedicated space to be seen, supported, and cared for, not only for what you do for others, but for who you are.
It is a place to reconnect with yourself and your femininity, to understand what you need now, and to give deliberate attention to parts of yourself that may have been neglected, forgotten, or placed last for too long.
Some women may come during a period of transition. Others may simply recognize that they have been functioning well on the outside while feeling disconnected from themselves within. Some may already have done considerable personal work; others may be beginning for the first time.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
Through Alignment & Early Mapping within the nüe® Members Area, we begin by understanding where you are, what matters to you, and whether progressing into The Sanctuary is appropriate for you.
The Sanctuary is intended to feel like a place you can return to—a space where you are not required to perform, provide, or hold everything together, but can make meaningful time for yourself and reconnect with the woman beneath all of those roles.
The Sanctuary by nüe® is not crisis-led and is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. It is designed for women who are sufficiently stable to engage in structured personal development and who are ready for deliberate, guided change.

C. Is nüe® a clinical, therapy or psychiatric treatment service?
While grounded in extensive medical and psychiatric experience, nüe® is not a clinic, emergency, or crisis service.
The Sanctuary by nüe® is a structured, private restoration framework.
Where therapeutic or clinically informed elements are included within a pathway, they are:
• tier-dependent
• clinically indicated
• delivered by appropriately registered independent practitioners operating under their own professional regulation and indemnity
Practitioners engaged through nüe® atelier act as independent professionals and remain responsible for the services they provide.
Non-clinical elements within the Sanctuary may be experiential, educational, or restorative in nature and do not constitute medical treatment

D. How does faith fit within nüe®?
nüe® is founded upon Christian values and principles, which help shape the culture, ethos, and approach of the organization.
At the same time, nüe® warmly welcomes clients from all faiths, cultures, ethnicities, nationalities, and backgrounds. Every individual is treated with dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion.
The nüe® framework considers the interconnected nature of Mind, Body, and Spirit. While Spirit within nüe® encompasses areas such as identity, environment, atmosphere, fragrance, rest, and personal foundations, we may provide the opportunity for conversations surrounding meaning, purpose, faith, beliefs, and worldview.
For this reason, some individuals may choose to engage with a Faith Coach. These conversations are entirely optional and may be accepted or declined according to personal preference. However, we encourage thoughtful reflection on one's foundations, regardless of faith background, as many people find that their underlying beliefs and values influence wellbeing, relationships, decision-making, and personal growth.
nüe® is not a platform for imposing beliefs. Rather, it seeks to create a respectful space where individuals can explore the factors that contribute to their overall wellbeing.
Our collaborators and practitioners come from a variety of backgrounds. However, we seek individuals who demonstrate integrity, honesty, transparency, professionalism, respectful communication, and the ability to work peacefully alongside others. We believe that healthy relationships within a team contribute to a healthier experience for those we serve.
While Christian values guide the heart of nüe®, our commitment remains the same: to provide an environment where people feel respected, supported, and valued.

What is the Alignment & Entry Mapping?
The Alignment & Entry Mapping Form is a reflective questionnaire exploring key areas of your current life, including lifestyle rhythms, sensory needs, nervous system capacity, and present supports.
Your responses help us recommend the tier that best aligns with your needs, capacity, and readiness.
Why does nüe® require an in-depth Alignment & Entry Mapping?
Depth creates clarity.
The Entry Mapping invites you to pause and notice the details that shape your daily life — rhythms, preferences, and patterns that are often overlooked.
Inspired by the Japanese principle of omotenashi (thoughtful, anticipatory care), this understanding allows us to design a pathway that feels:

F. How much does it cost?
There are three distinct investment stages within The Sanctuary by nüe®:
1. Entry
2. Alignment & Early Mapping
3. Sanctuary Investment
Each stage reflects a different level of preparation, depth and personalized care.
1. Entry
Entry into The Sanctuary by nüe® is by invitation only, via either:
Standard Invitation
Priority Access Invitation
Places are intentionally limited to preserve the pacing, quality and individual attention given to each woman.
Priority Access Invitation
The Priority Access Fee is £250.
Priority Access allows you to begin Alignment & Early Mapping immediately following payment and provides priority placement when a suitable Sanctuary place becomes available.
This includes:
immediate access to Alignment & Early Mapping
your Alignment & Early Mapping
priority placement ahead of Standard Invitation guests for the next suitable available Sanctuary entry
the option to arrange entry alongside 2–4 people, subject to suitable availability
preparation and coordination associated with your entry
If you wish to begin The Sanctuary by nüe® alongside others, this is available exclusively through Priority Access. Please contact our Concierge with your request before your Sanctuary entry is arranged.
This enables Concierge to coordinate shared elements during Onboarding, where requested, such as travel, accommodation, itineraries, treatments and other in-person arrangements, while each person's individual Sanctuary experience and personal information remain private.
If sufficient places are not available for everyone to enter together, your group will receive Priority placement into the next suitable entry with sufficient availability rather than being separated.
A limited number of Priority Access Invitations are available each month.
Standard Invitation
There is no fee to accept a Standard Invitation.
Once your invitation to begin Alignment & Early Mapping is extended, a fee of £130 applies.
Access is offered according to availability. While you are waiting, you will remain connected with nüe and receive communication as your invitation progresses.
Priority Access guests may progress ahead of Standard Invitation guests.
The option to coordinate entry alongside others is available through Priority Access only.
2. Alignment & Early Mapping
Alignment & Early Mapping is a reflective, in-depth process that helps us understand your readiness, lifestyle rhythm, individual needs and suitability for The Sanctuary by nüe®.
It supports:
assessment of readiness and nervous system capacity
understanding of your lifestyle rhythm and support needs
early identification of the level and nature of support that may suit you
recommendation of an appropriate Sanctuary tier and pathway
For Priority Access guests, Alignment & Early Mapping is included within the £250 Priority Access Fee and becomes available immediately following payment.
For Standard Invitation guests, Alignment & Early Mapping becomes available once your invitation to begin this stage is extended. The fee is £130.
Completion of Alignment & Early Mapping does not obligate you to proceed into The Sanctuary by nüe®.
If proceeding is appropriate, you will be guided toward the Sanctuary tier, duration and timing suited to your individual needs.
3. Sanctuary Investment
Should you choose to proceed into The Sanctuary by nüe® following Alignment & Early Mapping, a separate Sanctuary investment applies.
Experiences currently begin from £6,000 GBP (approximately $7,600 USD / AED 28,000).
Most experiences sit within a five-figure investment.
Your final investment reflects:
duration
depth and level of practitioner involvement
your individual pathway
integration of in-person elements, where appropriate
Your recommended pathway and associated investment will be discussed with you before you decide whether you wish to proceed.
Important Note on Availability
To preserve the depth of the experience and the dedicated attention given to each woman, both Alignment & Early Mapping and entry into The Sanctuary by nüe® are carefully paced.
Priority Access guests begin Alignment & Early Mapping immediately following payment. Once ready to proceed, they receive priority placement within the next suitable available Sanctuary entry.
Standard Invitation guests are welcomed into Alignment & Early Mapping according to availability. Once ready to proceed, they are allocated the next suitable available Sanctuary place after Priority placements have been accommodated.
Entry into The Sanctuary by nüe® takes place in small, carefully paced cycles. Once your place has been allocated, your Entry Date, Onboarding Date, Sanctuary Start Date and Sanctuary End Date will be confirmed with you.
If you enter through Priority Access and your confirmed Entry Date is more than four weeks away, you will receive a complimentary gift from nüe while you wait.
Your place within The Sanctuary by nüe® remains individual to you. Carefully paced entry cycles, including coordinated entry alongside people you know, do not make this a group program. Your individual pathway, practitioner involvement and personal information remain private.

H. Tiers & Enrolment
How does tier selection work?
After completing your Alignment & Entry Mapping, we provide a recommended tier based on your unique needs and capacity.
You may upgrade or downgrade your tier before completing payment.
Can I change my tier later?
Once payment is complete and your pathway begins, your tier becomes fixed. This is because each tier is carefully structured and practitioner availability is reserved in advance.
How long is each nüe® pathway?
Each nüe® pathway varies in length depending on the tier selected.
Pathway duration is determined in advance and reflects the depth, pacing, and sequencing of care within that tier.
You will be provided with your confirmed start and end dates before your pathway is activated.

I. Entry Date, Onboarding, Start Date, End Date & Tier Timing
How does Sanctuary entry work?
Sanctuary entry takes place in small cycles so that we can preserve the dedicated time, practitioner involvement and attention given to each woman.
Each experience remains entirely private and individual. You will not meet other clients, and your personal information is never shared with them.
How often does entry take place?
New Sanctuary entry dates are generally available every four weeks.
Your confirmed Entry Date will depend on:
your selected tier
available capacity
practitioner availability
the preparation required for your individual experience
Priority Access provides priority placement within the next suitable available cycle.
What happens once my place is confirmed?
Once your place has been confirmed, you will receive the important dates for your Sanctuary:
Entry Date
The date your place within your upcoming Sanctuary cycle begins.
Onboarding Begins
Your two-week onboarding period begins. During this time, you will gradually be introduced to the practitioners and elements involved in your individual experience and complete any necessary preparation.
Sanctuary Start Date
The date your full Sanctuary experience begins.
Sanctuary End Date
The final day of your individual 8–15-week Sanctuary experience.
All dates operate according to UK time.
Will I have to wait before my Entry Date?
Depending on availability and your confirmed Entry Date, there may be a waiting period before you enter your Sanctuary cycle.
This allows us to protect the dedicated time, preparation and practitioner availability required for each woman.
For Priority Clients only: If your confirmed Entry Date is more than four weeks away, you will receive a complimentary gift from nüe while you wait.
You may contact Concierge throughout this period.
What happens during Onboarding?
Onboarding begins two weeks before your Sanctuary Start Date.
During these two weeks:
you will become acquainted gradually with the practitioners involved in your experience
relevant preparation and onboarding information will be provided
any necessary forms or arrangements can be completed
Concierge remains available to you
Your practitioners may be introduced during this period, but direct expert messaging and the full Sanctuary experience do not begin until your Sanctuary Start Date.
What happens on my Sanctuary Start Date?
At 00:00 UK time on your confirmed Sanctuary Start Date, your full Sanctuary experience begins.
At this point:
the relevant Sanctuary areas become available
direct expert messaging opens
your individual Mind, Body and Spirit experience begins
booking access becomes available where included within your tier
No action is required from you to activate your access.
When will I hear from my practitioners?
You will begin becoming acquainted with your assigned practitioners during your two-week onboarding period.
Direct expert communication begins from your Sanctuary Start Date.
Until then, Concierge remains available for questions relating to your upcoming experience, arrangements and onboarding.
What happens at the end of my Sanctuary?
Your Sanctuary continues through your confirmed End Date.
Your Private Area remains closed throughout the Sanctuary itself. At 00:00 UK time on the day following your Sanctuary End Date, your Private Area opens automatically, giving you access to your post-Sanctuary Reflection space.

J. Neurodivergent (ND) & Trauma Support
Do you support neurodivergent or sensory needs?
Yes. Neurodivergent (ND) support and trauma-informed recovery coaching are available across all tiers, where indicated.
These supports:
are non-clinical
are non-diagnostic
focus on regulation, pacing, coping, and stabilisation
They do not constitute psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Will I need to complete any pre-screening?
For certain sessions, particularly movement-based, physiotherapy-informed, or neurodivergent-adapted work, you may be asked to complete a short pre-screening questionnaire.
This ensures safety and appropriate adaptations.

K. Psychotherapy Assessments & Therapy
Is Psychotherapy included?
Psychotherapy within nüe® is tier-dependent and not included for everyone.
Lower tiers
Psychotherapy assessments only
May be delivered by advanced trainee therapists under clinical supervision
Limited to assessment and formulation
Psychotherapy is not part of lower-tier pathways
Higher tiers
May include a fixed number of Art Psychotherapy sessions, agreed prior to the pathway
Delivered by appropriately registered and licensed Art Psychotherapists
Offered only where clinically appropriate
Where further therapy is indicated, standalone continuation packages may be offered after completion of the pathway, subject to a separate agreement.

L. Missed Sessions, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because practitioner time is reserved specifically for each client, missed sessions and late changes affect availability and continuity of care.
Appointments included within your tier
If you cannot attend a session, you must notify the concierge team and/or your practitioner as early as possible
Late cancellations and no-shows are treated as sessions delivered
Sessions missed outside the notice period are not refundable and may not be replaceable within your tier schedule
Rescheduling is subject to practitioner availability and the fixed timing of your cohort pathway
Recommended notice periods
Where possible, at least 48 hours’ notice is requested to reschedule
For certain in-person or partner-delivered services, longer notice periods may apply and will be communicated in advance

N. Pausing, Deferral & Leaving
Can I pause my pathway?
nüe® is designed with respect for real life, capacity, and rhythm.
Where appropriate, pathways may be confirmed in advance and begin at a later agreed start date. This allows space for travel planning, seasonal commitments, or personal readiness, while preserving the integrity of the experience.
A temporary pause may be considered by agreement, if required. Pauses are intended to support rest, transition, or changing circumstances, and are approached with care rather than urgency.
Pauses do not automatically extend the overall duration of your pathway unless explicitly agreed in writing.
If a pause is agreed, the pathway resumes within a subsequent cohort for the remaining duration originally allocated. Timing is guided by practitioner availability, cohort structure, and the integrity of the experience.
Travel does not usually require a formal pause. Where travel is necessary during your time with nüe®, your pathway is paced accordingly. Short settling periods before and after travel are intentionally built into the experience to support integration, physiological recovery, and nervous system regulation.
Pathways are not designed to be rushed, forced, or treated as fixed schedules. The emphasis throughout is on appropriateness, readiness, and care.
What if I choose to leave partway through?
Once a pathway has entered a Tier, fees are non-refundable due to reserved practitioner time, committed scheduling, and advance preparation.
If a client chooses to step away early, completed elements of care remain valid. Unused components cannot be transferred, deferred, or refunded.

O. Repeating a nüe® pathway
Can I complete a nüe pathway more than once?
Clients may repeat a nüe pathway after completing a previous one.
Many find that returning at a later stage allows them to engage with their wellbeing from a new level of clarity, stability, and capacity.
Is Alignment & Entry Mapping required again?
A new Alignment & Entry Mapping is required for each pathway entry, as circumstances, needs, and readiness change over time.
When can I return?
We generally recommend allowing at least six months between completing a pathway and re-entry, to support meaningful integration.
Earlier re-entry may be considered following review. Practitioner matching may differ depending on availability and alignment.

P. Client Location & Classification
For the purposes of travel, accommodation, and logistical planning, clients are classified as follows:
UK-based clients
Clients resident in:
England
Scotland
Wales
Northern Ireland
Clients resident in Northern Ireland are legally part of the United Kingdom but are treated as International Clients for travel and accommodation purposes, due to differing logistics and transport requirements.
International clients
Clients resident outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland, the EU, and all other countries.

Q. Travel & Accommodation
International Clients
Where in-person participation in London forms part of the agreed pathway, travel and accommodation may be included at higher program levels, subject to structure, timing, and availability. All arrangements are confirmed in advance and made directly by nüe®.
Tier 1
For International clients participating in Tier 1, travel or accommodation are not included. Where in-person sessions are recommended, these are arranged and covered independently by the client.
Tiers 2–4
For International Clients participating at Tiers 2–4, nüe® may provide:
Economy Class return travel to London
(flight or Eurostar, depending on route and availability)Accommodation for up to 10 nights at a selected 4-star or boutique hotel in Central London
Travel and accommodation are provided within an overall allowance confirmed in advance as part of the individual pathway agreement.
Tiers 5–6
For International Clients participating at Tiers 5–6, nüe® discreetly coordinates travel and accommodation as part of the individual pathway.
Arrangements may include:
Return Business Class travel to London, arranged in advance
A private London residency at a carefully selected 5-star hotel or boutique hotel in Central London
Tier 5: typically up to 8 days/ 7 nights
Tier 6: typically up to 10 days/ 9 nights.
Pre-arranged transport between airport, hotel and scheduled sessions, provided by professionally operated high-standard transport providers.
Arrival and departure details aligned with the rhythm and pacing of the client's individual pathway.
All arrangements are confirmed prior to commencement and remain aligned with the client's program and capacity.
Booking notes (International)
All travel and accommodation arrangements are arranged directly by nüe®
Funds are not issued directly to clients
Extensions, upgrades, or additional nights may be arranged independently at the client’s expense
UK-Based Clients (England, Scotland, Wales)
Where in-person participation in London forms part of the pathway, UK-based clients residing outside Greater London may receive travel and accommodation support, aligned with their tier and individual programme.
Travel (UK)
For UK-based clients, travel arrangements are coordinated as follows:
Rail travel to London only, where applicable
First Class return rail tickets, arranged in advance
Flights are not provided for UK-based clients
Where required, pre-arranged private transport between stations, accommodation, and scheduled sessions is coordinated through carefully selected, high-standard transport providers.
Accommodation (UK)
Accommodation is arranged by nüe and aligned with the client’s tier, pathway rhythm, and location requirements.
Tier 1
London-based sessions only
Accommodation is not included as standard
Where logistically appropriate, a single overnight stay may be arranged separately, subject to availability and prior agreement
Tiers 2-4
Four-star hotel accommodation, where required
Duration aligned with the pathway structure and session scheduling
Tiers 5-6
A private London residency at a carefully selected five-star or boutique hotel
Tier 5: typically 8 days/ 7 nights
Tier 6: typically 10 days / 9 nights
All accommodation arrangements are confirmed in advance and aligned with the client’s programme and capacity.
Booking Notes (UK)
All travel and accommodation arrangements are coordinated directly by nüe®
Funds are not issued directly to clients
Client preferences may be considered where they align with the agreed structure and availability
Extensions, upgrades, or additional nights may be arranged separately, subject to prior agreement

R. Disability & Access Support
nüe welcomes clients with a range of access needs and is committed to thoughtful, inclusive care.
At this stage, nüe does not provide:
1:1 in-hotel or travel support
Overnight or on-site personal assistance
Dedicated caregiving or chaperone services
Clients who require personal care or continuous support are encouraged to arrange an appropriate companion or carer independently.
Clients are encouraged to disclose access needs during Alignment & Entry Mapping so that feasibility and appropriateness can be reviewed in advance.
