FAQ
Nüe-atelier is the welcome and orientation space for the Sanctuary.
It is a calm, private entry point designed for reflection, discernment, and early clarity - before the Sanctuary experience is gently revealed.
A. What is nüe?
nüe is our Restoration Sanctuary for women.
It is a private, structured, multi-phase sanctuary designed to support calm restoration across one’s Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Therapeutic insight, clinically informed care, physical support, aesthetics, and sensory refinement are held together within a single, discreet structure — shaped to your needs, capacity, and tier.
Throughout the experience, thoughtful pleasures and aesthetic detail are interwoven as essential elements of restoration, rather than treated as an afterthought.
nüe does not offer a menu of services or access to independent providers.
Each pathway is shaped through Alignment & Entry Mapping and clinically informed review, with support introduced only where it serves the individual as a whole.
Care is coordinated, not selected.
Support is integrated, not accumulated.
B. Who is nüe for?
nüe is designed for women who are already functioning, capable, and reflective — and who are seeking:
clarity, balance, and alignment
structured calm and containment
restoration following periods of transition, overwhelm, or self-neglect
nüe is particularly suited to women who have already done some personal or inner work, and are now seeking coherence, ease, and quiet structure — rather than effort.
The Sanctuary is not crisis-led. It is designed for women who want restoration that is deliberate, curated, and held.
C. Is nüe a clinical or therapy service?
nüe is not an emergency service, and it does not provide crisis care.
The Sanctuary is a structured restoration environment. Where therapy or clinically informed elements are included, they are:
tier-dependent
optional and clinically indicated
delivered by carefully selected, appropriately registered practitioners working under their own professional standards, registration, and indemnity
Practitioners engaged through the Sanctuary operate as independent professionals and remain responsible for the care they provide.
If urgent or acute mental health support is required, nüe is not the appropriate service and would be advised to access local emergency or specialist support.
Non-clinical services offered within the Sanctuary may be experiential, educational, or supportive in nature and do not constitute medical treatment.
Providers delivering these services remain responsible for their own professional conduct and insurance.
D. Alignment & Entry Mapping
What is the Alignment & Entry Mapping?
The Alignment & Entry Mapping Form is a reflective questionnaire exploring key areas of your current life — including lifestyle rhythms, sensory needs, nervous system capacity, and present supports.
Your responses help us recommend the tier that best aligns with your needs, capacity, and readiness.
Why does nüe require an in-depth Alignment & Entry Mapping?
Depth creates clarity.
The Entry Mapping invites you to pause and notice the details that shape your daily life — rhythms, preferences, and patterns that are often overlooked.
Inspired by the Japanese principle of omotenashi (thoughtful, anticipatory care), this understanding allows us to design a pathway that feels:
coherent
balanced
precisely tailored to you
This gentle thoroughness is what makes the Sanctuary feel considered from the very first step.
E. How much does it cost?
There are three distinct investment stages within the nüe Sanctuary:
(1) Entry
(2) Alignment & Entry Mapping
(3) Pathway Investment
Each stage reflects a different level of depth, pacing, and personalised care.
1. Entry
Entry into the Sanctuary is by invitation only, via either:
Standard Invitation
Priority Access Invitation
Access is intentionally limited to preserve quality, pacing, and depth of care.
Priority Access Invitation
Priority Access Invitations are prioritised throughout the Sanctuary and allow earlier progression into the Alignment & Entry Mapping stage.
The Priority Access Fee is £250.
This fee:
Covers the Alignment & Entry Mapping
Prioritises your position ahead of Standard Invitation guests
Ensures a considered pace of care and adequate attention for every client
A limited number of Priority Access Invitations are released each month.
Standard Invitation
For Standard Invitation guests:
Entry is complimentary
Access to Alignment & Entry Mapping is offered only once an invitation has been formally extended
Entry is subject to monthly capacity availability
Standard Invitation guests are required to cover the Alignment & Entry Mapping fee of £130, which supports:
Assessment of readiness and nervous system capacity
Lifestyle rhythm and support needs
Recommendation of an appropriate tier of care
2. Alignment & Entry Mapping
The Alignment & Entry Mapping is a reflective, in-depth process used to determine readiness, pacing, and pathway suitability.
Completion of this stage does not obligate progression into the main Sanctuary pathway.
3. Pathway Investment
Should you choose to proceed into the main Sanctuary (nüe), a separate pathway investment applies.
Entry-level pathways currently begin from £6,000 GBP
(approximately $7,600 USD | AED 28,000)Most pathways sit within a five-figure investment
Final investment reflects:
Duration
Depth
Level of professional involvement
Integration of in-person elements, where appropriate
Important Note on Capacity
Capacity to enter the Alignment & Early Process is aligned with cohort placement.
Where capacity is available:
Priority Access clients receive a private access code
A link is issued to complete the Alignment & Early Mapping
Upon confirmation, clients enter the pre-cohort stage and receive a consignment number
Where monthly capacity has been reached:
Priority Access clients receive confirmation and next-step instructions
Our team will contact you within 2–5 working days
Entry windows are issued within up to 8 week timeframes, depending on availability
Entry windows remain open for a short, defined period to maintain momentum and flow.
Pre-Program Holding Period
During any holding period prior to cohort entry:
Priority Access clients receive a complimentary pre-program gift
This marks arrival into the Sanctuary and supports early settling and orientation
F. Is my information confidential?
All information is stored securely, handled in accordance with UK GDPR, and never shared without your explicit consent.
G. Tiers & Enrolment
How does tier selection work?
After completing your Alignment & Entry Mapping, we provide a recommended tier based on your unique needs and capacity.
You may upgrade or downgrade your tier before completing payment.
Can I change my tier later?
Once payment is complete and your pathway begins, your tier becomes fixed. This is because each tier is carefully structured and practitioner availability is reserved in advance.
How long is each nüe pathway?
Each nüe pathway varies in length depending on the tier selected.
Pathway duration is determined in advance and reflects the depth, pacing, and sequencing of care within that tier.
You will be provided with your confirmed start and end dates before your pathway is activated.
H. Cohorts & Tier Timing
What is a cohort?
A cohort is a small group of clients whose pathways begin within the same cycle and progress through their phases within a similar rhythm.
Cohorts are intentionally kept small to protect:
continuity of care
depth of practitioner involvement
quality and pacing of the experience
Although clients may begin within the same cohort cycle, nüe is a private, individual experience.
You will not meet other clients, and your personal details are never shared.
How often do cohorts begin?
Cohorts typically begin on a four-week cycle.
Your cohort start date depends on:
tier capacity
specialist availability
sequencing and preparation requirements
Once enrolled, clients enter the Orientation & Onboarding Phase.
Within 24–48 hours, you will:
receive confirmation of your cohort assignment
be provided with your pathway start and end dates
gain access to the Orientation area of the platform
be invited to complete onboarding forms
Will I have to wait to start?
There is a Pre-Cohort Care Period, typically 2–3 weeks before cohort activation.
This period is an intentional part of your care — not a delay.
During Pre-Cohort Care:
guided orientation content is shared
gentle reflective prompts may be offered
practitioner availability is coordinated internally
neurodivergent and sensory accommodations are confirmed
scheduling preparation takes place
You are supported throughout this phase.
What is the difference between cohort assignment and activation?
Cohort Assignment
Your place is reserved, your start date is confirmed, and your pathway is prepared.
Cohort Activation
The structured, practitioner-led phase formally begins.
At activation:
your main-phase practitioners are introduced
booking access opens according to your tier
Mind, Body, and Spirit work begins in a coordinated rhythm
You will receive a clear activation email confirming this transition.
When will I hear from my practitioner?
Your main-phase practitioner will introduce themselves once your cohort is activated.
This timing is intentional and supports:
clarity of roles
clean therapeutic boundaries
a coordinated and contained start
Throughout Pre-Cohort Care, you will have access to the nüe concierge team for administrative or scheduling questions.
J. Neurodivergent (ND) & Trauma Support
Do you support neurodivergent or sensory needs?
Yes. Neurodivergent (ND) support and trauma-informed recovery coaching are available across all tiers, where indicated.
These supports:
are non-clinical
are non-diagnostic
focus on regulation, pacing, coping, and stabilisation
They do not constitute psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Will I need to complete any pre-screening?
For certain sessions — particularly movement-based, physiotherapy-informed, or neurodivergent-adapted work — you may be asked to complete a short pre-screening questionnaire.
This ensures safety and appropriate adaptations.
K. Psychotherapy Assessments & Therapy
Is psychotherapy included?
Psychotherapy within nüe is tier-dependent and not included for everyone.
Lower tiers
Psychotherapy assessments only
May be delivered by advanced trainee therapists under clinical supervision
Limited to assessment and formulation
Psychotherapy is not part of lower-tier pathways
Higher tiers
May include a fixed number of Art Psychotherapy sessions, agreed prior to the pathway
Delivered by appropriately registered and licensed Art Psychotherapists
Offered only where clinically appropriate
Where further therapy is indicated, standalone continuation packages may be offered after completion of the pathway, subject to a separate agreement.
L. Missed Sessions, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because practitioner time is reserved specifically for each client, missed sessions and late changes affect availability and continuity of care.
Appointments included within your tier
If you cannot attend a session, you must notify the concierge team and/or your practitioner as early as possible
Late cancellations and no-shows are treated as sessions delivered
Sessions missed outside the notice period are not refundable and may not be replaceable within your tier schedule
Rescheduling is subject to practitioner availability and the fixed timing of your cohort pathway
Recommended notice periods
Where possible, at least 48 hours’ notice is requested to reschedule
For certain in-person or partner-delivered services, longer notice periods may apply and will be communicated in advance
If you are unwell or there is an emergency
We understand that unexpected events occur.
Where appropriate:
a reschedule within the same cohort window may be offered
If you need urgent help now, please use our UK emergency numbers page.
All exceptions are considered case-by-case, depending on practitioner availability and the structure of your tier.
M. Pausing, Deferral & Leaving
Can I pause my pathway?
nüe is designed with respect for real life, capacity, and rhythm.
Where appropriate, a temporary pause may be considered by agreement. Pauses are intended to support rest, transition, or changing circumstances, and are approached with care rather than urgency.
Pauses do not automatically extend the overall duration of your pathway unless explicitly agreed in writing.
If a pause is agreed, the pathway resumes within a subsequent cohort for the remaining duration originally allocated. Timing is guided by practitioner availability, cohort structure, and the integrity of the experience.
Travel does not usually require a formal pause. Where travel is necessary during your time with nüe, your pathway is paced accordingly. Short settling periods before and after travel are intentionally built into the experience to support integration, physiological recovery, and nervous system regulation.
Pathways are not designed to be rushed, forced, or treated as fixed schedules. The emphasis throughout is on appropriateness, readiness, and care.
What if I choose to leave partway through?
Once a pathway has entered a Tier, fees are non-refundable due to reserved practitioner time, committed scheduling, and advance preparation.
If a client chooses to step away early, completed elements of care remain valid. Unused components cannot be transferred, deferred, or refunded.
N. Repeating a nüe Pathway
Can I complete a nüe pathway more than once?
Clients may repeat a nüe pathway after completing a previous one.
Many find that returning at a later stage allows them to engage with their wellbeing from a new level of clarity, stability, and capacity.
Is Alignment & Entry Mapping required again?
A new Alignment & Entry Mapping is required for each pathway entry, as circumstances, needs, and readiness change over time.
When can I return?
We generally recommend allowing at least six months between completing a pathway and re-entry, to support meaningful integration.
Earlier re-entry may be considered following review. Practitioner matching may differ depending on availability and alignment.

1:1 in-hotel or travel support
Overnight or on-site personal assistance
Dedicated caregiving or chaperone services

Spanish
Greek
French
Portuguese
Language matching is considered where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
S. Partnering with nüe
We welcome interest from exceptional specialists and collaborators who share our ethos of calm, structure, discretion, and elevated care.
We are particularly interested in partners who:
Work with depth rather than volume
Value containment, boundaries, and thoughtful pacing
Are experienced, well-governed, and aligned with a premium, client-centred approach
This includes practitioners and collaborators across Wellbeing, Clinical, Creative, and Sensory disciplines (for example: florists, chocolatiers, fragrance specialists, musicians, and other artisans), where aligned with the ethos of the nüe framework.
Please note
Due to the care and discernment with which we review partnership enquiries, responses typically take 2–6 weeks. We will be in touch only if there is a potential fit.
